This is an excellent low-maintenance, everyday commuter bike. The minimal maintenance requirements are particularly advantageous for winter riders- no frozen derailleurs, etc. Everything on this bike is in great shape. The rear tire is worn, but an extra tire and a fresh tube are included. I will also include a clip-on rear fender. Asking $550, but will consider serious offers. Thanks for looking!

I have a purple Schwinn Frontier- about 10 years old. The frame and all the main pieces are in condition- I commuted all over the city on it for the past 8 months (5-15 miles/day) and never had a problem.
Weather and somewhat shoddy recent upkeep have put it in a little worse-for-the-wear condition. The frame is in good condition with a few rust spots, the road tires are <1 year old, wheels are true, crankset is 8 months old, the right handlebar gear is 2 years old.
After being out in the ice for a bit, the brakes need to be fixed and something is wrong with the gear shifter. It definitely needs a new chain, and probably needs new brake pads (though as I said, I was riding it with no problem).
This bike needs a little work, hence the low price, but it is perfect for light commutes or a fun summertime bike. I am 5'8" and it was only a little too short for me.
Price listed or best offer- feel free to inspect before buying since it does have those few issues.

Very well traveled 61cm Rivendell Atlantis for sale. Set up as a fixed gear at the moment with all city cranks, mavic A719 36h wheel set (eno eccentric flip flop hub in the back, shimano something or other up front), nitto moustache handlebars, 60cm schwalbe big apple tyres, nitto big front rack (bought through rivendell), shimano front canti brake no back brake, mks track pedals along with some shimano spd's if you want 'em, nitto seatpost and a really tall nitto technomic stem.
When I say well traveled I mean it, I've ridden this bike across the USA twice, down the west coast and down 90% of the south american portion of the panamerican highway not to mention that it's been my daily commute for a few years now. It's been spray painted and scratched, though never dented or bent. It's an amazing bicycle, just as strong and willing to be loaded with a few hundred pounds of gear and ridden around the world as the day I bought it new, although I've always traveled lighter than that myself. It will need a new paint job and probably a good tune up unless you like the current ...rustic (though not rust-ed) look that it's sporting and you might want to set the whole thing up yourself entirely differently too. These frames are handbuilt in california and the frame/fork alone run about 2500 new. Whole built bicycles will run somewhere between 3500-4500 so while this one is admittedly far from cosmetically perfect, its still quite the steal. I really love this bicycle, and I dont want to sell it at all but you know how it goes sometimes. I'd really like to know that someone who will treat it well and enjoy it has it.

This is a beautiful Bianchi Pista! It is set up as a fixed gear but does have a flip flop hub if freewheel is preferred. It has been recently cleaned, oiled/greased, and given a tune up for a flawless ride. Everything besides the frame, seat post, crankset and wheelset have been upgraded. Upgrades include a Wound Up Carbon Fiber Fork(Worth about $300), ritchey stem, bullhorn handlebars w/ white grip tape, newer tires, silver wellgo pedals w/leather straps, NEW white KMC chain, and NEW white saddle. Only thing is that the seat post is stuck. Should comfortably fit someone around 5'5".

Nice vintage Raliegh racing bike, turned into singlespeed/fixed gear. Good condition, free fork, cranks and pedals on the frame. Light blue frame and fork. Frame fits riders 5'4"-5'8". Rode on streets for about 3 months, GREAT condition considering how old it is. I have had the parts sitting in storage for a while, and the beautiful frame has been staring at me for months, but I already have enough Fixed gear bikes.
